Today, we are painting realistic veins on our reborn doll so she looks even more lifelike. Kim's Quick Tips for Veining: 1. Veining is Staining - make sure you have at least a base coat on your doll before painting the veins. 2. Think Gradients not Lines - broad, faint veins look better than dark thin veins. 3. Keep it Squiggly - squiggly lines look more lifelike than straight lines 4. Trees Have Branches - paint veins that branch off of one another for the most realistic look.
